End User License Agreement.
Aeto is licensed by Ebrius LLC (14 Grapevine Road, Merrimack, NH 03054, United States) for use under the terms of this agreement. Downloading or using the application indicates acceptance of all conditions. Ebrius LLC bears sole responsibility for the application and its content.
1. The Application
Aeto helps freelancers manage projects, track time, and invoice clients. The application is designed for project management, time tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
The application does not comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA. Users subject to such regulations may not use it. Use in violation of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is prohibited.
2. Scope of License
2.1 You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control, subject to Usage Rules and Family Sharing provisions.
2.2 This license governs updates that replace or supplement the original application unless separate licensing applies.
2.3 Redistribution, sharing, selling, renting, lending, or leasing the application is prohibited without prior written consent.
2.4 Reverse engineering, translation, disassembly, decompilation, modification, or creation of derivative works is forbidden without written consent.
2.5 Copying and alteration are prohibited except for backup copies on personally owned devices. Intellectual property notices must remain intact. Application must be removed from devices before sale.
2.6 Violations may result in prosecution and damages.
2.7 Ebrius LLC reserves the right to modify licensing terms.
2.8 Users must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application.
3. Technical Requirements
3.1 Ebrius LLC attempts to maintain compatibility with firmware and hardware updates, though no update rights are granted.
3.2 Users bear responsibility for confirming device compatibility with technical specifications.
3.3 Ebrius LLC reserves the right to modify technical specifications as needed.
4. Maintenance and Support
4.1 Ebrius LLC solely provides maintenance and support via the email address listed in the App Store overview.
4.2 App store operators (Apple, Google) have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the application.
5. Use of Data
Users acknowledge that Ebrius LLC may access and adjust downloaded content and personal information. Usage follows legal agreements and the privacy policy at aeto.app/privacy-policy.
Ebrius LLC may periodically collect technical data about devices, systems, and applications to provide support, facilitate updates, and improve services, without personally identifying you.
6. User-Generated Contributions
While Aeto does not offer public content submission, users may create contributions. These are subject to the Privacy Policy. Contributions must:
- Not infringe proprietary rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets
- Be owned by you or covered by necessary licenses and permissions
- Include written consent for every identifiable person depicted
- Be accurate and truthful
- Not be unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, chain letters, or spam
- Not be obscene, violent, harassing, libelous, or slanderous
- Not ridicule, mock, or intimidate anyone
- Not be used for harassment, threats, or promotion of violence
- Comply with applicable laws
- Respect third-party privacy and publicity rights
- Not involve child exploitation material
- Contain no offensive comments regarding race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap
- Not violate this agreement or applicable law
Violations may result in termination or suspension of access rights.
7. Contribution License
Ebrius LLC may access, store, process, and use information you provide per the Privacy Policy and your settings. You grant permission to use feedback and suggestions without compensation for any purpose. Ebrius LLC asserts no ownership over your contributions. You retain full intellectual property ownership and responsibility for your content.
8. Liability
8.1 Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Essential duty breaches incur liability for slight negligence, capped at foreseeable, contractually typical damages. Injury liability limitations do not apply.
8.2 Ebrius LLC assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from breaches of Section 2. Users should use backup functions to prevent data loss. Unauthorized alterations result in loss of access.
9. Warranty
9.1 Ebrius LLC warrants that the application is free of spyware, trojans, viruses, and malware at the time of download, and that the application functions as documented.
9.2 No warranty applies to non-executable applications, unauthorized modifications, inappropriate handling, incompatible hardware or software combinations, or factors outside Ebrius LLC's control.
9.3 Users must inspect the application immediately after installation and report defects within fourteen (14) days via email.
9.4 Confirmed defects will receive remedy through repair or replacement.
9.5 Non-conforming applications qualify for a refund through the applicable App Store operator. Store operators have no other warranty obligations.
9.6 Business claims expire after twelve (12) months. Consumer claims follow statutory limitation periods.
10. Product Claims
Ebrius LLC, not the App Store operators, handles all product claims including product liability, legal or regulatory non-conformance, and consumer protection violations.
11. Legal Compliance
Users warrant that they are not located in a US-embargoed country, are not a designated terrorist-supporting national, and are not on any prohibited or restricted parties list.

13. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated by Ebrius LLC or by you. Failure to adhere to these terms automatically terminates your rights without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies.
14. Third-Party Terms and Beneficiary
Ebrius LLC complies with applicable third-party terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement with the right to enforce its terms against you.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
Ebrius LLC, not the App Store operators, bears sole responsibility for any third-party intellectual property infringement claims involving the application or its use.
16. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, excluding its conflict of law rules.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 If any term is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Invalid terms are replaced with valid ones achieving the original purpose.
17.2 Amendments to this agreement require written form. This requirement can only be waived in writing.
