Q.01What happens when my free trial ends?
When your 30-day trial ends, Aeto switches to read-only mode. You can view all your projects, time entries, and invoices, but you won't be able to create new ones. Subscribe anytime to pick up exactly where you left off. If you decide Aeto isn't for you, your data is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
Q.02What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing portal; no phone calls, no hoops. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep full access until the end of your billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, so if you change your mind, everything will be right where you left it.
Q.03Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Download Aeto and use it free for 30 days without entering any payment details. You'll be prompted to subscribe when your trial ends.
Q.04Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual (or back) at any time through your billing portal. Switching to annual is prorated; you'll only pay for what's remaining.
Q.05Is there a team or multi-seat plan?
Not yet. Aeto is currently built for individual freelancers. If you're managing a small team and want to share access, let us know at hello@aeto.app — it's on the roadmap.
Q.06Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy in your first billing cycle, reach out at hello@aeto.app and we'll make it right. We'd rather hear what's wrong than keep your money.
